[cod] Servers not showing in xfire

This is the only one you need:  set sv_master1 "cod4master.activision.com"

The rest are complete crap and aren't needed.  In fact,
cod4master.activision.com is hard coded into the game and works
without any settings in your config.

I don't know who started spamming this stuff.  Maybe it was
clanservers.net trying to get some free advertising ;-)
