[cod] Problem Starting Linux server

For starters, you shouldn't be running the server as root, apparently, just
what I hear.
 
The fileSysCheck.cfg is in the iw_00.iwd file. Check that the file size of
iw_00.iwd is around 160,000kb in size. If it's not the file may be corrupt.
 
Also:-
1.       What is the full path to where you loaded the files?
2.       It may have something to do with the different owners and groups of
the files. i.e some are root:root and some are 1000:1000
Try doing 'chown -R root:root /path/to/cod4files

Hey I'd appreciate if someone can tell me what might be the issue here.

I moved all of the files in the /Setup/Data folder to my cod4 server folder.
It's the single disk DVD edition.

I then moved all the files from the linlux server download to the same
directory. 

The files and folders in the dir look like this with ls -l:

I know all the files are copied successfully.  And adding +set loc_language
0 does not help.

Any ideas?
