cod4 Linux server reporting v1.0 not v1.2

The reason your seeing the server running version 1.0 is because when 
the windows patch came out it updated the following windoze files.

..\install.log
..\version.inf
..\iw3sp.exe
..\iw3mp.exe
..\Docs\Help\readme.htm

Now seeing the linux server does not use .exe files I am guessing Ryan 
will have to do a new build of the cod4_lnxded file from the iw3mp.exe

The 1.2 patch fixed a lean hack and I'm sure once he has had some sleep 
he will be on the case....

So hold fire everyone, Ryan has not let us down in the past with fixes 
and updates...
