[cod] Why its takes so long [cod4 binaries]

Don't forget there has been the 1.2 patch between Ryan's last word and 
today...
I guess the whole greenlight process has to be restarted from scratch 
because of that...

Poor ryan, his 1.1 build was ready to ship... Not to mention UT3 linux 
ded ain't ready neither, he must be overcrowded !
