Basepath is where your main install is kept. Homepath is for PB, if I
remember correctly.

Example:

+set dedicated 2 +set net_ip $IP +set net_port $PORT +set com_hunkmegs 256
+set fs_basepath /home/games/cod2-server +set fs_homepath /home/cod-user
+exec server.cfg +set sv_maxclients $SLOTS +map_rotate
