[cod] UO Punkbuster

Try updating PB with this:

http://websec.evenbalance.com/downloads/linux/pbsetup.run

To configure it do this (chmod +x that file first):
./pbsetup.run --add-game=cod --i-accept-the-pb-eula
--add-game-path=/full/path/to/.callofduty

Once you've configured it, run the update portion like so:
./pbsetup.run -u

Also, you probably need these two vars in your command line:
+set sv_homepath /full/path/to/.callofduty
+set sv_basepath /full/path/to/.callofduty

Having "+set sv_punkbuster 1" in the command line negates the need for
the pb_sv_enable in your config, so you can remove it.
