[cod] UO Punkbuster

If you specify something in the command line, it will give you this output
if it is also in the config file, as it is ignored. This is why we gsp's
place the maxclients in the command line.

+sets gamestartup \"`date +"%F %T"`\"

Please explain this as I have never seen it.
