[cod] linux server binaries

Wild guess: Ryan finished up a few days before retail launch, but QC
is still working them through the paces.  They had to dust off their
copies of "Learn Linux in 14 days" to figure out how to run the darn
thing, and it's only day 6 right now.  So by my estimate, we've got
another 8 days.
