Even if not, I do have a valid license for VMWare. I am a long term
VMWare user since Vmware Workstation Version 2. 

I am using it mainly for developing and testing application and
installations.

Still not sure if its legal. Still.... I've yet to meet a guy whos home
pc is 100% legal, other then it being 5mins out of the box ;)
