IW has stated that Activision contracts the work out to someone (ryan), so
this would leave me to believe they do not have any control over the matter,
but they should still push for it as it is their own creation.

with 805 Windows servers, i'll take a buggy binary as long as it gets my
server name out there. we're all losing out on the first-come-first-serve
traffic that usually determines whether or not your server is successful.

and the silence.. oh geez the silence.
