[cod] Running CoD:UO under 64bit Linux

I have CoD2 and CoD:UO running on my Gentoo 64bit install, works like a charm. :-)

Not sure how it would work on other distros but using the Gentoo multilib
profile so you can run 32 binaries works really well.  Best of both worlds.
