[cod] Problem with master server?

we're trying to figure out a solution.

those cvars do not exist because:

a) servers will show up in gamespy *without* those cvars
b) check the exe and the dll's, you will not find that cvar anywhere. "sv"
cvars and "net" cvars are built into the game.

its the same thing as sv_master1, sv_master2, etc - people are bringing
these cvars from older quake-based games and trying to make them pass as
legit, when in all actuality, they don't exist and they don't do anything.
you really think activision would let the player define the master servers
to be used, leaving open the possibility to completely bypass key checks?
