[cod] Problem with master server?

Start up line is fine. Have plenty of other servers here, and have a problem
with a server thats been up for close on a year and these problems happened
purely after a restart (no file changes). So tried a new server (we have
templates that we copy from) totally fresh and wont appear, old server will
appear, but you cant connect since it was restarted (no changes as
mentioned).

(more script bits before to give vars, have checked all populated fine, and
tried without the vars and just direct values, same diff)

./cod2_lnxded +set net_IP $IP +set net_port $PORT +set dedicated 2 +set
vm_game 0  +set sv_punkbuster 1
+pb_sv_enable +set fs_homepath /home/$CLAN/cod2/ +set fs_basepath
/home/$CLAN/cod2/ +exec server.cfg +set ttycon 0 +map_rotate


Its definitely nothing related to the startups as these are all default,
server config is a template we've always used etc, servers show updating the
master server, old server even has its heartbeats detected and shows, but
you cant then connect.

So I'm almost 99% sure its a master server problem now, just would be nice
to have another party confirm.
