Any php server.cfg editors for clan members?

Hi guys

I'm wondering if there are any php packages out there so a user can edit the
server.cfg online via the browser?

Something that can read the contents of server.cfg display it in the browser
then enable them to edit certain fields and save it back to server.cfg

Had a good look on google but cannot see anything remotely like this. Need
something compatible with linux server.
