[cod] fastfile corrupt (code 107)

Hope this probem hasn't been posted before, but an maintence at my mail provider cut me off from new mails, so i might have missed quite some.

When i try to load vacant or farm (with /rcon map), the server crashes and i get following errors in the log:

ERROR: Fastfile for zone 'mp_vacant' appears corrupt or unreadable (code 107.)
ERROR: Fastfile for zone 'mp_farm' appears corrupt or unreadable (code 107.)

Are there some .iwds corrupted?
They seem ok, in points of size and md5 check sum.

All other maps but these two work just great.

Any ideas?
