[cod] updated package...

Ryan,

Does not here, however.. For some reason it converts my fs_game to 
lowercase.
HLSW shows the 'game' as `CoD4 - mods/modwarfare (war)`, while it shows 
1.3 games as `CoD4 - Mods/ModWarfare (war)`. Due to this issue it also 
does not load the correct config, hostname is just default (CoD4Host).
