ATVI has a 1.4 linux server - 208.46.216.138:28960

not sure if its up now, but they were running mp_crash_snow earlier

Have you got a glimpse at COD4 Patch v1.4 yet?  I asking simply because if
everyone using Linux is having issues with the mod.ff download to the
client, I believe there will be a similar issue for maps.  The file 
structure for custom user created maps is..............for lack of a better
word, "interesting"  *L*
