[cod] Patch 1.4

Took me a few hours to figure out the server file struction aswell as the HTTP redirect file structure *LOL*

Hopefully when the Patch is released, it will have alittle more detail in the Readme, wasn't much for the Beta Testers to go on :)

    Have you got a glimpse at COD4 Patch v1.4 yet?  I asking simply because if
    everyone using Linux is having issues with the mod.ff download to the
    client, I believe there will be a similar issue for maps.  The file 
    structure for custom user created maps is..............for lack of a better
