We don't. At least, it's not my policy to do so...most of the admins
here don't speak anything but English, but there is definitely
representation from large sections of Europe here, so I don't think we
should insulate the experts from those in need.

So I'll just ask for general assistance here: if someone asks a question
in your native language, even if you've answered it a million times, and
even if it's just a "rtfm" ... please help us ignorant monolingual
Americans out and point them in the right direction!

I'm reminded of when I was asking strangers for directions in Madrid, my
whole life strapped to my back, stumbling through the Spanish for
"please point me to a hotel for poor people." It wasn't just
embarrassing for the lack of language, but also the content, but that
was my life at the time. I was amazed to discover people through those
conversations that wanted to try their hand at English as broken as my
Español; they were so proud of what they had learned.

After that, I would never guess people would be proud to _not_ speak
someone else's language. As a general policy, let's try to avoid
self-congratulation of ignorance.
