[cod] Hardcore damage issue

Maybe they only work if the server is unranked?

No there are no problems within the cfg file and i tried to set the
values in game with rcon same thing happens.

That's strange.  I would imagine you have that cvar set in 2 different
places? Maybe? If not, try setting it on the command line? Not sure if
that will even work, just suggesting.
