What Дмитрий provided is just fine.  When the server dies, it waits 10
seconds and starts it again.  There is no "OMG, The server is continuing
to crash and restart" protection, but the server isn't going to do that,
is it?

Why mess with cron jobs when a simple shell does just fine?
