Make sure that on your server the /Mods/ folder is lowercase 'm' /mods/

      Also in your commandline +set fs_game mods/extreme <---- Lowercase

If using HTTP redirect, same applies there 'm' lowercase

When i move my pam mod into a seperate directory my client is going into an endlos loop of downloading mod.ff file.
So i think something is still wrong there.

          Okay guys, come get some:

             http://treefort.icculus.org/cod/cod4-linux-server-12102007.tar.bz2

Please note that this build has NOT been tested by Activision, and has barely been tested by me. Please evaluate this build carefully before installing it on machines that your game hosting business relies on. You have been warned!

The file listed above is the current 1.3 server with the following fixes:

          - cvars can now be up to 32 kilobytes. In effect, this means you can have a massive sv_mapRotation now.
          - mods now work (files like mod.ff now download to the client properly).
          - The _other_ lean bug is now fix, where you had to shoot a person's usual head position and not where the head moved during the leaning.

You know what you doing. Launch every zig.

          --ryan.
