[cod] COD4 Linux server 1.3 hotfix 12102007 now available...

With this patch the meaning of g_logSync seems to be changed.Before it was:
set g_logsync "2" // 0=no log, 1=buffered, 2=continuous, 3=append
now we can only change between 0 and 1 and it is buffered now. Is 0
unbuffered or off?
The timeout problem still exists.
