COD4 Linux server 1.3 hotfix 12102007 now available...

Okay guys, come get some:

Please note that this build has NOT been tested by Activision, and has 
barely been tested by me. Please evaluate this build carefully before 
installing it on machines that your game hosting business relies on. You 
have been warned!

The file listed above is the current 1.3 server with the following fixes:

- cvars can now be up to 32 kilobytes. In effect, this means you can 
have a massive sv_mapRotation now.
- mods now work (files like mod.ff now download to the client properly).
- The _other_ lean bug is now fix, where you had to shoot a person's 
usual head position and not where the head moved during the leaning.
