[cod] [COD4] lean bug

Yes. Simply put, the hit box doesnt move with the lean animation. If you 
see someone leaning, you gotta shoot where they would be if they were 
upright normally. Totally tested. Anyone can see it. Just jump in a 
server with a friend, get him to lean and try to shoot his head. Then 
shoot where his head would be if he wasnt leaning.
