player count

I just noticed that the player count is off after the 1.3 patch.
Our server is a 24 player server and it has 4 private slots in addition.
So the player listing is and should be with no one connected : 0/24
When a player connects it should read 1/24 (obviously) and it has always 
been like that.
But all of a sudden it reads 1/25 ..... ?

Ofcourse not a big issue , but a bug nonetheless.
