[cod] v1.3 Patch

The delay on the list ist pretty big... so, you should be forgiven ;)
BUT:
It's not pointing fingers it's just keeping the list as "clean" as possible.
If everyone sends all of his mail twice soon no one will be answering 
anything anymore (you simply won't be able to do so anymore).
