[cod] CoD4 server requirements: Please rate my hardware

I would say 5 or 6 servers with 20 slots each should run without any 
problems.
Actually the server needs more ram than cpu.
My machine has 1GB of ram and when 20 players are connected to the 
server, roundabout 30% of its ram is used by cod4.
