CoD4 server requirements: Please rate my hardware

Hi List!

This is my first message to this list, so 1st of all: "Hi Everybody!" :o)

I'm planning to rent the Linux Rootserver DS 3000 from hetzner.de :
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ Dual Core
RAM: 2 GB DDR2
HDD: 2 x 400 GB SATA II

OS that i'd like to install: CentOS 5.0 (64bit version)

Do u think the CoD4 linux server would run nicely on that machine?
If so, how many slots du u think i could open?

That would be my first Gameserver to install so i really have no idea of
how high the requirements are...
