[cod] CentOS Huge CPU Usage

We are going to try recompiling with 300hz and see if it makes a difference.

Doesn't make sense on its own merit unless there's some other related issue.
All of our servers are 1000Hz and don't have this problem.

Edit your kernel to 200Hz or test with something in the middle !
