[cod] COD2 on Debain 20 minute delay

Add the -nomaster switch to the commandline...
A side note,
Leave the ip out of the comandline, and make sure that the /etc/hosts file
has the box's lan ip in it. This will resolve the issues of not showing up
in the local server list for the clients.

I've tried that already, didn't make a difference :(
It really frustrates me when game developers take funcitonality out of
games to help their bottom line!
