[cod] server: pak1.pk3 not in search path

I have already had several attempts at uploading the pak1.pk3 file, so had a
few copies lying around from 3 different disks, one from my own regular CoD
disk 1, one from my GotY install, and 1 from a friend who uploaded.

I also ran MD5 checks, it is a match on my home server install and what I
have installed on my client.

When I received the "Impure Client" message, that is received from the
client, as I attempt to join the game.
Joining other game servers is fine, as well as hosting a Listen server on
the client. I'm sure the problem is with the server.

I'll go and triple-check the MD5, and unzip it.

If I type in sv_ReferencedPakFiles it ommits pak1.pk3, which I'm pretty sure
should be included. (Type this in the server tty console)

Thanks for the advice Ian, I'll let you know how I get on.
