sv_downloadurl / custom maps

Hello,

the http download dont work for me. I run a 1.0 linux ded. Server and putt
that into my config:

//Downloads
set sv_downloadurl "http://eviladmins.info/cod/"
set sv_allowdownload "1"


restart the server, but clinets still download maps with 4k/s

Any one a hint?
