[cod] COD2 / Blocking sv_maxclients ?

Yes I try to add +set sv_maxclients 12 or just +sv_maxclients 12 on the
command line, but if sv_maxclients 32, for exemple, is present in the
server.cfg file, the server will be a 32 slots one.
