[cod] Custom Maps

There are several that will run, however you cannot run more than 4 at a time, otherwise it will crash the server.  

I have running on our server:

mp_industry
mp_borisovka
mp_newvillers
 
and the two new maps released by IW. mp_rhine & mp_harbor.
