Alternatively, you might want to search your solution in an UDP proxy with
user/ip/whatever based authentication. There is already some UDP proxy
software available, but I don't know if they have a way of authentication
that suits your needs.

However, with some experience in socket programming in C, it should not be
too difficult to create something like this yourself. Else, there's a
zillion places on the net where you can find people that can help you.

Actually, there is no way to stop them from connecting.  B3 will allow them
to connect, but if they cannot authenticate, it will kick them.  You will
still have the problem of people leaking passwords, so I am not sure that B3
will solve your problem.  The real solution is to find who is leaking the
password and not give them access.
