Actually, there is no way to stop them from connecting.  B3 will allow them to connect, but if they cannot authenticate, it will kick them.  You will still have the problem of people leaking passwords, so I am not sure that B3 will solve your problem.  The real solution is to find who is leaking the password and not give them access.
