[cod] *bsd + linux emul was: 1.3 patch

I had no problems with 16 people on a athlon 2000+ 512megs of 266mhz.
ran for three months, only pulled it down when i noticed other clans were using for
practice when i wasn't on. the other clans were vote kicking people that were joining.
i haven't messed with netbsd at all, it sounds like pf overhead or something.
