[cod] 1.3 patch

Same here ...
After the 1.2 Patch Chaos our Pubs stayed empty, even after the linuc 
Binaries was released ... and now i don't think there'll be any change in 
it, seeing them empty all day, even if the 1.3 Binaries are released ...

I really hate IW / AV for doing this to us ...
Hopefully the Files are released soon, so we atleast can play our Wars with 
1.3 and without the PB GUID 31 Character Bug ... :/
