for 1.2, it took about 4-ish days for the leaked version to creep out.  Then all the grief with 1.2a/b/c...

with 1.1, wasn't it about a week to 10 days?

I'd say that although being patient is an anethma, let Ryan have all the time he needs.  I'd rather wait and have a stable release.
