[cod] Server Files

Hopefully Ryan will be...do we have any more info on this?...we are once 
again losing players as they update to 1.3...this happens everytime a patch 
comes out..its like a seesaw...we get a new Linux patch and we build up the 
servers...then a windows patch is realeased and we lose them again...

Hopefully Ryan will get the patch out soon... but some info/news would be 
helpful...
