[cod] Problems with COD2 server CPU load

If it's any use I'm running CoD2 1.3 Linux binary on a 64bit Gentoo system
without any problems.  I'll check the CPU load next time I fire it up and see
what happens.  Kernel version is 2.6.15 with a few Gentoo specific patches.
