[cod] status iwd/sum mismatch (map problems)

i guessed that, but if he had permission
would be an easy thing to do like maybe change 10-20 lines of code or would 
the whole of cod2 server need to be recoded?
Maybe IW should have done 2 IWD Sum cvars to give double the space or have 
the Stock iwd sums hard-coded leaveing the iwd sum cvar free for custom 
maps/mods
