[cod] status iwd/sum mismatch (map problems)

  I don't expect IW to release another patch for COD2 on the PC. IW itself points us to Worm's solution (http://www.iwnation.com/Forums/index.php?showtopic=24121). And to be honest, I don't want another patch. I don't want to relive the linux patch 1.3 situation. We'll just have to accept the game as it is now...
