[cod] [COD] SMP Kernels

assigns a process to one or more cpu

taskset -p 01 <pid> = assigns <pid> to processor 1
taskset -p 02 <pid> = assigns <pid> to processor 2
taskset -p 03 <pid> = assigns <pid> to both processors
