[cod] stats generator

Hi John,

This is also what I'm using for Mohaa for about 4 years now see here

But is did't want to use it for cod2 because the vsp adds a nice layout. Yes
I'm verry happy with mohstats but I wan't it to keep it for Mohaa and look
at a couple of new stats generators for cod2. But thanks a lot...
