kick Player doesn´t work

[www.shooter-szene.de]

if a player for his name special characters or farbcodes then the kick over hlsw or something doesn´t work ,message then "player xxxxx not on server"

only with votekick or in serverconsole (putty) we can kick such players

someone know the problem too or have the solution for it ?
