[cod] [COD] linux rcon utility for cod and cod2

Have a look at BigBrotherBot at http://www.bigbrotherbot.com.  It uses 
Python and mysql to maintain an administrative database, including 
stats.  It is a bit of a bear to setup, but I wouldn't do with out it.  
You can assign levels to admins and moderators.  You can do most all 
RCON functions.
