[cod] COD2 GUID = 0 exploit

As I'm sure you are aware, there has also been a long-standing issue with
the COD master servers occasionally returning players guid as zero.
Sometimes it's all players, sometimes it's just amny of them (maybe they
have several master servers?). Anyway, I'm sure you are aware of this.
Maybe this is a new exploit.....

The reason I am painfully aware of this is that we have a custom
application that tracks users on our servers using guid. If we ban a
player, the application grabs their IP and guid and bans them in a sql
database. However, if there are players on the server with the same guid
(0), then they all get banned.........

Due to this issue, we have rewritten the application to use the player IP
only if the guid is zero.
