server command overflow

Happy new year!

Where having a problem with our server,
We keep getting the message, server command overflow, every time the server
changes a map.
This is also the reason why some people get disconnected from our server
during a map change.
Has anyone got an idea why the server has this server command overflow?
Is it because there is an messege centre running in the back or so?
